About the role

Receive and review sales orders from the Sales Team.
Verify product availability with the warehouse.
Create Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Notes (DN), and Sales Invoices in ERP system.
Ensure all sales documents are accurate and complete.
Coordinate daily deliveries with the Warehouse and Logistics teams.
Follow up on urgent and pending orders.
Monitor delivery status and resolve order issues promptly.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer complaints.
Maintain professional communication with customers and internal departments.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer files.
File and archive sales documents properly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse regarding stock availability.
Inform the sales team of stock shortages or discontinued products.
Support stock allocation for key customers when required.
Prepare daily sales reports.
Update order status reports.
Monitor outstanding orders and backorders.
Assist in preparing monthly sales performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
Sales administration, customer service, or administrative support for 1 to 2 years as a minimum Experience in FMCG or distribution companies is an advantage.
Experience ing with supermarkets, convenience stores, or key accounts is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
