About the role

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers, addressing inquiries, requests, complaints, or concerns in a professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow communication scripts and apply knowledge of company products and services when interacting with customers.
Identify customer needs, research issues, and deliver appropriate solutions effectively.
Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
