About the role

The Assistant Director supports the Operations Director in overseeing SDI’s daily academic and administrative operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality training programs.
The role ensures compliance with MoLVT requirements, ACCA/CPA curriculum standards, diploma program requirements, SDI policies, quality standards, and SOPs.
It provides leadership in curriculum implementation, teacher development, student achievement, financial oversight, risk management, institutional data analysis, and performance reporting.
The Assistant Director also contributes to strategic planning, budgeting, policy development, marketing, and institutional development while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the institute.
Manage the institute's day-to-day operations to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality administrative and academic performance.
Attend the design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous enhancement of designated training programs to ensure compliance with MoLVT requirements, ACCA/CPA curriculum standards, diploma program, and SDI’s quality frame.
Ensure all departments comply with the institute’s policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support the Executive Management team in strategic planning, institutional development, and organizational decision-making.
Review, validate, and approve financial reports prepared by accounting department and relevant staff.
Develop, implement, and periodically review the institute’s risk management frame to minimize operational and strategic risks.
Closely with the Marketing department to develop and execute strategies that strengthen the institute’s brand, trai.
