About the role

Contribute to ABA growth and profitability through customer service quality and sales, understanding customer needs and choices, communicating product features and benefits, and dealing particularly with individual and corporate Chinese customers.
Identify sales opportunities, implement cold call programs, and take appropriate actions to influence customer buying behavior by delivering effective consultative service to both new and existing customers.
Provide consultations to customers about the benefits of the Bank’s products and services.
Process customer account opening over the counter to achieve individual set deposit targets.
Verify required documents of customers to confirm their eligibility for opening an account and request for any incomplete documents.
Resolve account-related issues to provide effective customer satisfaction and retention, as well as maintain relationships with customers.
Maintain secure, efficient, and accurate filing to keep the confidentiality of customers and serve as a reference for any further settlement of disputes.
Maintain superior product and service knowledge to ensure the quality of customer service provided.
Create effective referral networks, including internal relationships, existing customers, and local market activities, to broadly promote the Bank’s products and services.

Requirements

High or bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, Administration, or any relevant field.
Minimum two years of experience in customer service.
Good sales, customer service, and computer skills.
Good problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
