About the role

Plan for debt recovery for customers who have defaulted and customers who are overdue from 360 days.
Evaluate and rank by priority for resolution with each customer.
Conduct resolutions and collect payments regularly from overdue customers.
Develop a daily village plan according to each managed area and update it to the supervisor and provincial branch manager weekly.
Develop strategies for resolving bad loans.
Collaborate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution and achieve plans.
Report daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities in resolving issues with customers.
Perform other duties as required by the relevant manager.

Requirements

Have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, and Microfinance Institutions or equivalent.
Have better analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have planning skills and be able to work in difficult situations.
Have some knowledge of credit policy and procedures.
Have better computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is prioritized.

Compensation Details

Bonus:13th month
