About the role

Organize official documents, concept notes, reports/meeting minutes, and manage administrative documents for the Faculty.
Develop plans, monitor work, and evaluate the work plans of the Faculty of Public Health.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and other events for the Faculty.
Monitor the implementation of decisions and assigned tasks.
Facilitate communication between the Faculty of Public Health and relevant units.
Facilitate national and international cooperation.
Liaise with partners, institutions, and international organizations.
Coordinate the organization of workshops, conferences, and visits.
Coordinate the arrangement of ceremonies and reception of national and international guests.
Comply with the assignments of the Social Security Fund (SSF) and the University of Health Sciences (UHS).

Requirements

Age between 25 to 45 years.
Must have clear knowledge of English (written, read, and spoken).
Knowledge of French is an added advantage.
Possess good communication, organization, and coordination skills.
Have expertise in international affairs and communication.
Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and electronic communication tools like Internet and Email.
Knowledge of using AI for administrative and communication tasks.
Completed COVID-19 vaccination as required by the Ministry of Health.
Broad understanding, good communication, polite, courteous, and disciplined.
Possess leadership skills, high responsibility for duties, and a good team spirit with initiative and problem-solving skills.
Honest and adhere to professional ethics in work.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, International Relations, or related fields/specialties.
At least 2 years of experience in general administration, international relations, or hospitality.
