This position is for the Faculty of Pharmacy. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and managing administrative documents, official letters, concept notes, reports, and meeting minutes of the faculty.
• Participating in planning, monitoring, and evaluating the faculty's implementation plan.
• Coordinating work schedules, meetings, and various faculty events.
• Following up on the implementation of decisions and assigned tasks.
• Coordinating communication between the faculty and relevant units.
• Coordinating national and international cooperation.
• Communicating and cooperating with national and international partners, institutions, and organizations.
• Coordinating the organization of workshops, conferences, and various visits.
• Coordinating the preparation of ceremonies and hospitality for national and international guests.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Faculty of Pharmacy and the University of Health Sciences.
• Complying with assignments from the Faculty of Pharmacy and the University of Health Sciences.

Expected Candidate Profile: Languages: English

• Fluent. Educational Level: Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, International Relations, Pharmacy, or related fields in the health sector. Master's degree is a priority. Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administration, international relations, or hospitality. Skills and Knowledge: General and Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in English and/or French (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Knowledge and experience in international affairs and cooperation.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic communication systems (Internet, Email, Telegram).
• Knowledge of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for administrative and communication tasks.

• Vaccinated against COVID-19 according to the Ministry of Health's regulations. Soft Skills:
