About the role

Receive, check, and arrange incoming goods according to delivery notes and company procedures.
Record stock movements accurately in the inventory system and report discrepancies promptly.
Support regular stock counts, cycle counts, and warehouse audits to maintain data accuracy.
Organize products neatly by category, batch, and location for easy access and efficient storage.
Prepare items for dispatch and assist with loading, labeling, and order verification.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse in line with company standards.
Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely stock updates and smooth operations.

Requirements

Male or female, Entry Level; diploma or bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of stock handling, inventory records, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
Good attention to detail, honesty, and responsibility in handling goods and records.
Able to use Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications for inventory tracking.
Physically fit and willing to in a warehouse environment with lifting and sorting tasks.
Strong team and communication skills; able to follow instructions and deadlines.
Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or trading/distribution is a plus but not required.
