About the role

Produce and promote one television talk show and one radio talk show, both with Facebook live streaming.
Each talk show should be at least 45 minutes long and focus on climate change, environmental education, youth engagement, and relevant environmental issues.
Support the visibility of the A-SASSY Project and promote the Environmental Education Program (EEP), known as the GenSEA Climate Academy Platform, through the production and promotion of three influencer videos.
Each video should be 1.5 to 3 minutes long, youth-friendly, and suitable for Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
The videos may highlight the A-SASSY Project, environmental protection, climate action, and youth participation, but must include a clear message promoting the GenSEA Climate Academy Platform and encouraging youth to register.
All communication products must comply with project branding requirements and the EU visibility and communication policy, including proper use of the EU logo where required.

Requirements

Relevant experience in media production, TV/radio programs, influencer campaigns, or social media promotion.
Ability to produce quality videos for Facebook, YouTube, and other online platforms.
Experience with talk shows, live-streamed discussions, or public dialogue is preferred.
Ability to engage influencers with strong youth audience reach.
Understanding of social media boosting, reach, views, and engagement reporting.
Knowledge of climate change, environmental education, or youth engagement is an advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and revise based on API feedback.
Commitment to keep final published videos online for at least five years.
