About the role

Process and analyze small loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, credit checking, and other underwriting activities to ensure good lending and loan quality.
Solicit both potentially existing and new clients according to small loan policies and procedures to ensure secured loans.
On-board new small loans to ensure delivery of disbursement targets.
Explain different loan types and credit options available, as well as service terms, for cross-selling.
Collect all required client documents for loan applications to ensure eligibility and approval.
Conduct credit investigations to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity to determine loan granting feasibility.
Gather valid applicant financial records by obtaining and compiling copies of clients’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
Conduct a site visit during loan assessment to obtain in-depth information about the loan application purpose and ensure customer security for the loan is sufficient and acceptable.
Follow up delinquent clients immediately and refer cases to the supervisor to proactively handle the branch loan portfolio.
Process registration of title deeds at local authorities and land offices to acquire legal evidence of client’s right to ownership of the property.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High Diploma or Associate Degree in finance and banking, accounting and/or relevant field.
Fresh graduate or less than one year of experience in credit/loan processing, sales, or customer services is an advantage.
Good sales, problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Good understanding of banking products and service/lending is preferable.
Harding, commitment, ability to communicate and self-motivated.
Be able to travel based on location set.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
