About the role

Develop annual marketing plans aligned with objectives.
Create quarterly marketing calendars and campaign roadmaps.
Manage marketing budget and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Identify opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
Set departmental KPIs and monitor performance.
Manage and strengthen assigned brands.
Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels.
Develop brand communication guidelines.
Build long-term brand equity.
Monitor brand health and market performance.
Lead digital marketing strategy.
Oversee Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Google campaigns.
Develop monthly content strategy.
Supervise Content Creators, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors.
Monitor digital KPIs including Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and Conversion.
Plan and execute ATL, BTL, TTL campaigns.
Coordinate product launches and promotional events.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future activities.
Lead new product launches.
Coordinate with R&D on product development.
Conduct market research before launching products.
Develop pricing and positioning strategies.
Monitor product life cycle and SKU performance.
Analyze market trends and competitors.
Conduct consumer research.
Monitor customer feedback.
Identify new opportunities.
Recommend strategic improvements.
Partner with Sales to develop promotional activities.
Support Trade Marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability. closely with Finance on marketing budgets.
Support nationwide sales campaigns.
Lead and coach the Marketing Team.
Develop team capability.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Assign KPIs.
Build a high-performance marketing culture.
Prepare monthly marketing reports.
Present campaign performance to Management.
Track marketing ROI.
Monitor sales growth by brand.
Recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years in Marketing or Brand Management.
At least 2 years in a leadership role.
FMCG, Cosmetics, al Care or Home Care industry preferred.
Having knowledge of Microsoft Office, Meta Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Canva / Adobe.
