About the role

  • Support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities.
  • Coordinate with community members, peer educators, government partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize trainings, workshops, meetings, and community outreach activities.
  • Prepare activity plans, reports, and project documentation.
  • Collect, verify, and analyze project data for monitoring and reporting.
  • Assist in proposal development and project planning.
  • Ensure project activities are implemented in accordance with donor requirements and ASVW policies.
  • Support advocacy initiatives and networking with relevant partners.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Executive Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Program implementation with an NGO or development organization for 2 years as a minimum.
  • General & Technical Skills: Experience in project planning, monitoring, and report writing.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
  • Good written and spoken Khmer and English.
  • Knowledge of gender equality, human rights, HIV/AIDS, sexual and reproductive health, or community development is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites.
