About the role

MAG invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of uniforms, Boots, and rubber boots.
The successful supplier(s) will be required to provide high-quality products at competitive prices in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions outlined in this Invitation to Tender.
The resulting contract will be awarded for an initial period of twelve (12) months and may be extended for a further twelve (12) months by mutual written agreement between both parties, subject to satisfactory performance and MAG's operational requirements.

Requirements

Any questions regarding this Invitation to Tender should be submitted in writing to Mrs. Chham Phary at email provided in the contact details no later than 17 July 2026.
Bidders may obtain the bidding documents from the following MAG offices during the hours below: Working Hours: 8:00am – 12:00pm, 01:30pm – 5:00pm Working day: Monday – Friday.
Please submit your proposal in a sealed envelope clearly marked: "Tender – Supply of Uniforms, Boots and Rubber Boots".
The sealed proposal must be delivered to one of the MAG office addresses listed no later than 26 July 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Late submissions will not be considered.
