About the role

Identify and approach potential customers in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide regular follow-ups.
Visit customer offices and project sites to introduce the company's precast concrete products.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents.
Follow up on quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with the design, production, and transportation teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Handle customer feedback and complaints and report issues to management when necessary.
Support customers to ensure timely delivery and overall satisfaction.
Assist in implementing marketing activities to promote the company's products.
Create and post contents on the company's social media platforms.
Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Monitor market trends and competitors and share information with management.
Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and quotations.
Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
Update customer information in the company's system.
Learn and understand the company's products and services and its competitors’.
Explain product features and benefits to customers.
Work closely with the design and production teams to provide suitable product solutions.
Perform other duties assigned by the Sales& Marketing Manager or the Chief Commercial Officer.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Administration or Relate Field.
Sales and marketing for 2 to 3 years as a minimum.
Prior experience in the sales of construction materials or precast concrete products is a great advantage.
Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, and email campaigns).
Knowledge in marketing software and data analysis tools is preferred.
Some knowledge of Accounting and Finance is a plus.
Great written and spoken English skills.
Very familiar with all MS Offices.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
