About the role

Supports the day-to-day implementation of Helpcode Cambodia's Drowning Prevention Programme, with a strong focus on school and community activities in and around Sihanoukville.
The role combines field coordination, direct training support, school relationship management, child-safeguarding practice, logistics, documentation, and basic monitoring.

Prepares weekly and monthly field activity plans in coordination with the line manager, schools, trainers and partners.
Organizes field visits, school schedules, training venues, transport, accommodation where applicable, equipment and materials.
Coordinates safe transport for children participating in programme activities, including buses or other approved transport arrangements.
Ensures that activities are prepared in advance, including participant lists, consent forms, child-selection documentation, training materials and communication with school focal points.
Immediately reports delays, safety concerns, safeguarding concerns, and incidents to the line manager.
