About the role

Drive sales growth across: Draft/on-premise outlets (bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels, clubs) Modern trade (supermarkets, convenience stores, retail chains) Identify, negotiate, and onboard new accounts while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Manage draft installations and ensure quality execution and visibility in outlets.
Secure product listings, shelf space, and promotional activities in modern trade.
Execute pricing strategies, promotions, and trade agreements.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.
Closely with marketing, distribution, and operations teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Beer or alcoholic beverage sales for 5 years as a minimum Strong knowledge of Phnom Penh's on-premise and retail landscape.
Proven track record in handling draft beer systems and/or modern trade accounts.
Existing net with bar owners, distributors, and retail buyers is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
