About the role

Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the needs of the head of the division.
Support on general administration (draft memos and letters; prepare reports, training materials, checklists, and customer presentation materials; and arrange meetings for both international and external customers).
Prepare a draft of plans and a feasibility study of new products or projects related to the Global Transactional Banking Division.
Consolidate weekly and monthly sales call planning and sales reports of the Corporate Deposits Department team for the head division.
Gather and collate information for and prepare documentation and reports on unit performance, as well as make recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management, and service delivery.
Conduct a review of the account application form and customer documentation during new onboarding and during account maintenance requests received from both new and existing clients.
Conduct a survey and keep up-to-date the corporate deposit products and interest rates.
Provide general assistance to the head of the division.
Perform other tasks assigned by the head of the division and management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in management, finance, and banking, or a related field.
At least 2 years' experience in the banking sector preferred.
Good negotiation and internal & external relationship-building skills.
Strong customer service and result-oriented ality.
Effective presentation skills.
Good command of English proficiency, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
Computer literacy and proficiency in administrative concepts.
