About the role

The Factory Stock Staff is responsible for managing raw materials and production materials for the factory, ensuring accuracy and high efficiency.
Main Duties: Receive, distribute, and transfer components to each department, verifying quantities and documents accurately.
Manage and track inventory data of outgoing and incoming stock, and reconcile it with the physical stock in the BC system.
Input and track tracking of components before and after processing.
Receive and properly store residual materials from cutting and processing, such as gold, diamonds, pearls, and gemstones.
Receive and properly inspect rejected component shells, weighing them and verifying against related documents.
Prepare components and related documents for submission to the assay department.
Receive components from the repair section and distribute them to the respective departments.
Receive and properly store all remaining raw materials from the cutting and processing operations, ensuring accuracy and safety.
Manage and organize components in stock for orderliness and safety.
Verify and participate in monthly stock counts with the Accounting and Finance department.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outgoing and incoming stock for management.
Report and participate in resolving issues related to the department.
Organize, scan, and store stock operation documents in an orderly manner for easy retrieval.
Maintain orderliness, respect discipline, and comply with the company's internal regulations.
Perform other duties as instructed by management.
Occasional Duties: Assist in coordinating work within the department as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of work experience in stock or inventory management.
Proficiency in inventory management and document organization.
Skills in calculation, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Ability to use Accounting System software (QuickBooks, BC.V.20, SAP, ERP, etc.).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Reasonably proficient in English.
Age between 20 to 30 years old.
Thorough, patient, and highly committed to work.
Honest and responsible for work.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and quick learner.
