• Supervision on general lab activities to ensure smoothly flow.
• Supervision on lab inventory by managing well external stock and purchase order.
• Supervision of trainees.
• Updating the price list annually.
• Participation in lab internal and external audit.
• Validate and authorization of test report results.
• Prepare monthly plan for all staffs.
• Supervise of new methods setting up in the laboratory.
• Supervise of research projects.
• Supervise on equipment verification, control, and maintenance.
• Participate in management review.
• Head lab replacement when he/she is absence.
• Other tasks appointed by Head lab.

Master’s degree or higher degree in Food microbiology or Food chemistry or a related field, Expertise in Food Microbiology or Chemistry Strong in management skills Experience of ing in an accredited laboratory with ISO17025 Influence in English (reading, writing and speaking) Mastering informatics tools (MS word, excel, access, power point, …) Strong in organization skills, synthesis capacity, initiative, flexibility and communication
