• The Case Management Officer is responsible for managing assigned child and family cases through a structured case management process, ensuring timely assessment, planning, referral, follow-up, and documentation.
• The role focuses on supporting vulnerable children and families to reduce risks, strengthen caregiving capacity, and improve child wellbeing in line with SOS Cambodia policies and safeguarding standards.
• Reporting to the Project Manager, the Case Management Officer works closely with families, community structures, and service providers to implement approved case plans, monitor progress, and ensure that all interventions are child-centered, ethical, and adequately documented.

Case identification and assessment:
