About the role

Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements.
Handle daily accounting transactions, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and general ledger.
Support budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and relevant departments.
Support the Finance Manager in improving accounting processes and internal controls.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to under pressure.
Experience in financial services, FinTech, digital assets, or exchange is an advantage.
Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills are an advantage.
