• The highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing transportation and logistics team.
• In this role, will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, securing freight and logistics contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Proactively identify and prospect potential new customer through cold calling, neting, industry events, referrals and market research in logistics and transportation sector.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide regular follow-ups.
• Prepare quotation, sale proposal and tender document.
• Follow up on the quotation and assist customers through the sale process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Respond the customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Conduct regular reviews with key customer to understand their evolving logistics needs and offer tailored supply chain solutions.
• Resolve customer escalations promptly by collaborating with the finance and operation team.
• Handle customer feedback, complaint and report issues to management when necessary.
• Support customers to ensure timely delivery and overall satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitors and share information with management.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, freight quotes, and logistics solutions to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maximize profitability while delivering value to the customer.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer information, pipeline status, client interactions and quotations.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and forecast for management.
• Update customer information in the company’s system. closely with the operations, dispatch, and driver management teams as well as other department to ensure operational feasibility, smooth and timely delivery of promised services to customers.
• Provide market feedback to the management team to help refine pricing strategies and service offerings.
• Perform other duties assign by sale manager.
• Lean and understand the company services and its competitor’s Explain services and benefits to customers.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. as a minimum Sale officer in Logistics and Transportation for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
