About the role

Implement structured action plans, including regular customer calls, visits, and order taking, to achieve sales targets for assigned es and territories through the Echo-Plus system.
Execute sales activities across assigned territories, including order taking, Point of Sale Material (POSM) display setup such as price tags, shelf talkers, and wobblers, and in-store merchandising.
Ensure product availability in all outlets, including must-have Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and deployment compliance.
Record and maintain sales data accurately for reporting and performance tracking purposes.
Conduct regular stock freshness checks using the First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management method.
Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, and customer satisfaction levels, including tracking and collecting customer payments.
Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships, ensuring all complaints and issues are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.
Respond to customer orders and queries, and proactively inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new or upgraded products.
Monitor competitor activities in the field and report findings promptly to the immediate superior.
Submit customer orders to wholesalers to ensure On Time, In Full (OTIF) delivery.
Drive continuous self-development in Field Sales capabilities and DKSH leadership behaviors as part of ongoing al growth.
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Studies, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
One to two years of experience in Sales or a similar role.
Basic knowledge and understanding of the industry, market dynamics, competitor landscape, and customer profiles.
Basic ing knowledge of assigned territories, products, and services, with strong selling skills.
Hands-on field experience in sales and customer engagement.
Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in the local ; proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
