About the role

Identify and approach new customers to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Present products clearly, explain benefits, and support customers in making informed decisions.
Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and assist in closing sales deals efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales performance.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily activities, visits, and results to management.

Requirements

Entry level candidate with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior sales experience in food and beverage is a plus.
Good interal skills and the ability to build trust with customers and team members.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to independently with minimal supervision.
Basic negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Able to in Phnom Penh and travel within assigned sales areas when required.
Familiar with MS Office and able to prepare simple sales reports.
Honest, responsible, and committed to achieving sales goals.
