About the role

The primary focus of this consultancy is to update and finalize the draft Guidelines on sustainable reintegration of returning migrant workers.
This involves developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to operationalize these Guidelines by clearly defining roles and responsibilities.
This role is crucial for enhancing the protection and empowerment of migrant workers throughout their migration journey, with a particular emphasis on sustainable return and reintegration.
The aim is to maximize the potentials of migration for migrant workers, their families, communities, and Cambodian society as a whole.

Requirements

Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to operationalize the Guidelines by clearly defining the roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
Comprehensive update of the draft Guidelines in line with MLVT feedback and latest developments in Cambodia and the region.
Guidance and facilitation of reintegration of Cambodian migrant workers.
