About the role

Implement loan applications/requests by executing and controlling daily transactions in the Core Banking System and internal loan system on loan data creation (disbursement, settlement, amendment etc.), collateral pool creation/release, and facility limit/transfer.
Delegate loan applications/requests via system/email to the implementor.
Take charge of assigned loan applications/requests.
Assist in the preparation of letter of offer and security documentation.
Create loan data input for disbursement/settlement/amendment etc. in the core banking system as per approved terms and conditions.
Block/release amount and loan amendment in Core Banking System.
Issue cash or cheque on refinancing transactions for branches and related department.
Follow up on refinancing/settlement transactions with branches.
Post collateral information in the Power Application for refinancing and/or per-disbursed loan cases.
Consolidate daily performance report of disbursement and report of pending title deed registration.
Control daily transactions in Core Banking System at the end of day.
Prepare loan files that are disbursed within the day for Credit Monitoring Team.
Collaborate with Credit Administrative Unit and Credit Monitoring Department to update any pending/error documents.
Keep all information related to lending confidential.
Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance and Banking, Accounting, and/or related fields.
Fresh graduates or one year of experience in banking, credit operation and/or other related fields.
Good understanding of credit operation process, credit transaction or application, and legal document.
Good knowledge of the bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management.
Good communication, problem solving, presentation, and internal skills.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English and/or other languages.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
Proficient Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
