About the role

Strengthen and assist communities to own their development.
Work with communities to build their capacity for climate resilience and adaptation.
Ensure target villages have comprehensive general village information, properly compiled and maintained.
Understand the context, needs, and issues within the target villages.
Facilitate with communities to create annual development plans.
Provide support and encourage communities in production and sales.
Strengthen community partners to address challenges and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the community.
Promote inclusive development work from vulnerable groups, people with disabilities, women, and children.
To increase family income, especially for the poor, to have good health and food security in the family.
Regularly monitor and review project activities, changes, progress, and project outcomes.
Ensure project funds are spent efficiently and clearly.

Requirements

Requires agricultural skills or at least 1 year of experience in agriculture or market linkage.
Experience in facilitating and training communities.
Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet, AI, Google Drive...).
Ability to read and write English is a plus.
Good interpersonal communication skills with teams and networks.
Commitment to working with the poor and staying in target villages with the community.
Must be highly responsible and honest.
