Lead the implementation of activities under the Transition Finance Intervention and MetKasekor Model.
Budget oversight and reporting on financial and administrative progress of responsible groups of interventions.
Coordinate the organisation and implementation of various events and activities (training, workshops, meetings, etc.) related to the project.
Build and strengthen existing and new relationships with government and private actors at local/national level.
Contribute to the elaboration of various reports (annual/semester reports and annual plan).
Support the identification and facilitation of funding opportunities.
Familiarize with Inclusive Markets (IM) as well as the ISA MRM system and provide support in the compliance of project activities of these guidelines.
Travel to the field locations to support the implementation of intervention activities.
Support on HR, Admin and Finance duties and responsibilities as required.

Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or other relevant subjects.
Work experiences preferably in an international NGO and/or government institution for 2 years.
Familiarity with the Cambodian agricultural landscape and land use systems, with knowledge of cashew value chains, transition finance, carbon finance mechanisms, and agricultural.
