About the role

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels.
Create engaging content to promote services, improve awareness, and support lead generation.
Manage daily social media activity, including posting, community engagement, and monitoring.
Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing messages with and sales goals.
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on results.
Support website updates, SEO activities, and digital advertising efforts as needed.
Assist in market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, , Communications, or a related field.
Experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination, preferably in logistics or services.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and basic SEO principles.
Ability to write clear, engaging English content; Khmer skills are an advantage.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and prepare reports.
Proficiency in MS Office and common digital marketing tools; design skills are a plus.
Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and team skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
