About the role

Oversee all aspects of the company's logistics operations management, including sea freight, air freight, land freight, and cross-border transportation.
Manage and optimize import/export operation processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate and lead the operations team, and proactively monitor progress to ensure timely and successful execution of all operational activities.
Review logistics documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO, HS Code, etc.).
Coordinate with clients, shipping companies, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant partners.
Monitor cargo transportation status and handle unexpected issues and abnormal situations.
Establish and improve operational SOPs, reports, and internal management systems.
Prepare and present operational data, performance metrics, and status updates to management on a regular basis, providing clear visibility into logistics performance, key issues, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Open to both men and women, aged 28–45 2. Priority will be given to candidates with a background in logistics, international trade, or related fields. 3. At least 5 years of experience in logistics team management 4. Familiar with Incoterms (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP, etc.) 5. Familiar with Cambodian import and export procedures and customs clearance operations 6. Possesses strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 7. Proficient in using Excel, Email, and logistics systems. 8. Able to communicate in Khmer.
