The project “Happy Cambodian Children” (HCC) will publicly bid for the work of manufacturing new student desks, manufacturing new teacher desks, repairing student desks, repairing teacher desks, manufacturing new whiteboards, manufacturing shoe racks, and installing library furniture in 09 target schools across 06 provinces.

Provinces include: Mondul Kiri (02 schools), Ratanak Kiri (01 school), Prey Veng (02 schools), Kampong Cham (01 school), Banteay Meanchey (02 schools), and Kratie (01 school).

Eligibility criteria for bidders:

• Be a company legally registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
• Companies that are single-source or affiliated with each other can only submit one proposal. If affiliation is found, the proposal will be automatically rejected.
• Companies must have the capacity to complete repair works within 3 months and new construction works within 5 months (counting from the contract signing date).
• Companies can submit bids for multiple schools.
• Companies bidding for the supply/installation of new furniture and renovation of furniture will be awarded contracts for only 3 schools and will not be allowed to bid for construction work.

Submission Requirements:

• All bid prices must include taxes (VAT 10%).
• Documents must be sealed in an envelope, signed, and stamped by the company.
• Bids must be submitted in person to the Administration and Human Resources Office of the Organization KAPE (Kampong Cham Province), and submissions via email, social media, or courier services will not be accepted.

Documents to be attached with evidence of qualifications:

• Certificate of Company or Business Registration from the Ministry of Commerce (copy, mandatory).
• Annual Patent Certificate for 2026 (for medium and large taxpayers) (copy, mandatory).
• Certificate of Registration for Value Added Tax (copy, mandatory).
• Business Registration Certificate issued by relevant Ministry (copy, mandatory).
