Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on awareness and conversion, leveraging digital platforms.
Implement lead generation campaigns using various digital channels, optimizing for high-quality leads and conversions.
Strategize and manage marketing activities on social media channels.
Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other digital platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with the content team and production team to create compelling and relevant content for digital campaigns, aligning with healthcare industry experts, partners, standards and guidelines.
Develop the Pre-Production Deck (PPM) for video content and coordinate end-to-end video production (pre-production, shooting, and post-production).
Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging marketing events for special health days throughout the year that align with the platform's goals and resonate with the target audience.
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Effectively manage the marketing budget, allocating resources for optimal results across various channels and campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in the healthcare sector, with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
Proficient in utilizing Line and Meta platforms for marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance related to digital marketing.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
