• In this role, you will serve as the vital bridge connecting Cambodian patients with world-class healthcare services at Apollo Hospital in Kolkata, India.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Cambodian patients, medical specialists, and the administrative team at Apollo Hospital, Kolkata.
• Manage patient inquiries, coordinate doctor appointments, transfer medical records, and clarify treatment plans for patients.
• Develop a deep understanding of Apollo Hospital’s specialties, infrastructure, and international patient procedures to guide patients effectively.
• Guide and assist patients through the medical visa application process, travel logistics, and accommodation arrangements.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly updates and progress reports to the hospital management team.

Undergraduate Degree as a minimum Customer Service / Patient Care / Healthcare Administration in Medical and Healthcare Services Providers for 1 to 2 years is preferred Khmer
