About the role

Manage daily accounting tasks.
Report to the Accounting Manager.
Prepare, record, and maintain financial transactions, including journal entries, invoices, and payments in QuickBooks.
Receive, verify, and enter supplier/vendor invoices into QuickBooks.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Manage petty cash funds, maintain accurate expense logs, and prepare cash refill requests.
Archive QuickBooks backup files and backup daily sales invoices.
Verify daily records for sales promotions, discounts, and trade support schemes.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
Prepare operational cost reports and other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
