About the role

Follow up on and monitor performing loan and non-performing loan accounts by conducting site visits to engage customers to resolve the overdue payment through normalization, payoff, restructuring, partial payment, rescheduling, and/or any other resolution scheme.
Prepare notification and demand letters for delinquent customers and perform site visits in accordance with established procedures.
Manage the accounts classification, provisioning, write-off processes, and credit proposal for delinquent accounts for management's review and approval.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports ensuring the status of delinquent accounts is regularly updated to support management's decision-making.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in International Management or other relevant fields.
At least 3 years of related experience.
Highly motivated, patient, committed, and other.
Good communication, problem-solving, and flexible.
Good at computer skills.
Good at English both writing and speaking.
Be able to travel to provinces.
