Represents Wathnakpheap in Stung Treng and liaising and/or networking with Government authorities and other non-governmental organizations.
Coordinates the implementation of project deliverables in Stung Treng Province such as Nutrition, Food Security, WASH and Food Feeding.
Takes overall management, leadership and technical responsibility of designated project area and ensures good quality of project delivery.
Provides technical support to Project Officers specific to project design, project plans and budgets.
Develops clear implementation plans and project monitoring tools to track all outputs described in the project design.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Experience in leading and managing large projects in a complex environment is preferred.
Proven ability in the management of large integrated programs in developing countries; familiarity with One World No Hunger programs.
Good English skills are required.
Considerable experience in training, project monitoring and evaluation preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written forms.
Can operate MS software application such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of Nutrition, Livelihood and WASH.
