About the role

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with account-related questions and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate customer information.
Closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

High diploma, college diploma, or bachelor's degree.
No experience required.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interal skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet applications).
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to independently and as part of a team.
Ability to speak English and Chinese is an advantage and will be given priority.
Strong customer service mindset with good problem-solving skills.
