About the role

Responsible for drawing jewelry into 3D designs according to the supervisor's instructions, ensuring creativity, quality, timeliness, and adherence to company standards.
Main Duties: Receive and review design lists from the team leader, checking information, designs, and drawing techniques before proceeding.
Provide necessary information to the team leader if there are any missing details, unclear catalogs, or misunderstandings about the design to be drawn.
Draw jewelry into 3D designs using Matrix software according to company standards.
Inquire about key aspects of the drawing process for each type of jewelry from leadership, especially from your direct supervisor.
Review the uploaded 3D drawings to ensure they comply with technical specifications and the customer's desired design.
Accept technical feedback and discussions with the checker regarding incorrect or problematic jewelry.
Track and input your working hours into your personal tracking system.
Inform your direct supervisor of any encountered problems (e.g., unclear work aspects or other issues) to find solutions and receive guidance.
Maintain orderliness, respect discipline, and adhere to the company's internal regulations.
Complete other tasks as instructed by management.
Occasional Duties: Assist in coordinating team tasks when a team member is absent.
Help coordinate general team organization.

Requirements

Minimum education level of high school diploma or currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
At least 1 year of work experience as a 3D Design Staff.
Proficiency in using Matrix software for jewelry design.
Priority will be given to those who know how to use T-Spline and ZBrush.
Age between 18 to 30 years old.
Possess creativity and a sense of responsibility.
Detail-oriented, patient, and highly committed to work.
Honest and responsible.
Good collaboration and communication skills in the workplace.
Willingness to learn and quick to adapt.
