About the role

Process and analyze small loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, and credit checking to ensure good lending and loan quality.
Solicit both potentially existing and new clients according to small loan policies and procedures.
On-board new small loans to ensure disbursement targets are met.
Explain different loan types and credit options to clients, as well as service terms for cross-selling.
Collect all required client documents for loan applications to ensure eligibility for approval.
Conduct credit investigations to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity to determine loan feasibility.
Gather valid applicants’ financial records by obtaining and compiling copies of clients’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
Conduct site visits during loan assessment to obtain in-depth information regarding loan application purpose and ensure customer security for the loan is sufficient and acceptable.
Follow up with delinquent clients immediately and refer cases to the supervisor to proactively handle the branch loan portfolio.
Process registration of title deeds at local authorities and land offices to acquire legal evidence of the client’s ownership of the property.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High Diploma or Associate Degree in finance and banking, accounting, and/or relevant field.
Fresh graduate or less than one year of experience in credit/loan processing, sales, or customer services is an advantage.
Good sales, problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Good understanding of banking products and services/lending is preferable.
Harding, commitment, ability to communicate and self-motivated.
Be able to travel based on location set.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
