About the role

Responsible for recording properties proposed as collateral, conducting land market surveys, and property inspections.
This includes recording, verifying, and maintaining accurate collateral property information, conducting site inspections, supporting land market surveys, and reviewing property ownership and legal documents.
The role also involves providing indicative values of collateral, communicating with branches, and coordinating with external valuers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property research, valuation support, or real estate data analysis (preferred).
Basic knowledge of property valuation principles, document verification, and collateral-related processes.
Ability to communicate effectively with branch offices and internal stakeholders.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel), Google Maps, and familiarity with banking systems.
