About the role

The Supply Chain Assistant will be responsible and accountable for managing the resources management functions in Sub office, Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia.
Duties include receiving and consolidating procurement requisition forms, verifying compliance, preparing tender documents, soliciting bids, preparing bid analysis summaries, confirming terms of agreement with suppliers, preparing purchase orders and contracts, monitoring open requisitions, following up on timely delivery of goods and services, reviewing vendor invoices, preparing payment requests, and coordinating payments to suppliers.
The role also involves maintaining physical and electronic records, conducting market surveys to identify potential new suppliers, evaluating them based on quality, prices, and services, tracking contractual agreements, monitoring office supplies and service, preparing requisitions, coordinating utility invoice payments, providing technical information on procurement instructions and procedures, performing supply chain tasks related to property and asset management, warehousing, insurance coverage, maintenance, and transportation, supporting the coordination of transportation needs and drivers’ movements, verifying logbooks, monitoring fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance records, monitoring contractor activities, and supporting the organization of meetings, workshops and trainings.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
High School Diploma in four years of relevant professional experience.
