About the role

Implement a comprehensive preventive monitoring and maintenance routine for various self-banking machines, ensuring their optimal performance and uninterrupted functionality.
Perform periodic preventive monitoring and maintenance routines for self-banking machines.
Conduct regular cleaning and servicing of self-banking machines.
Provide maintenance and overhauling for self-banking machines, including performing necessary module swaps and replacements.
Verify terminal maintenance services and follow up with the relevant team regarding after repair service machines.
Escalate unresolved issues or those related to other teams.
Prepare terminal maintenance checklists by documenting detailed equipment information and data.

Requirements

High diploma or associate degree in Information Technology or any relevant field.
None to less than one year of relevant experience.
Basic understanding of various electronic telecommunications devices in financial institutions.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Proficient Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Good customer services skills.
Good problem solving, negotiation and interal skills.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
