Work closely with sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
Promote the company’s services to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Prepare and propose competitive quotations to the Sales Team.
Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations to ensure timely responses.
Provide full support to the Sales Team by sourcing logistics solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding freight inquiries and shipments.
Address customer questions and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Maintain and update shipment reports.
Prepare all necessary sales documents for internal submission and client use.
Manage and organize sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and update the customer database and other relevant records.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
Coordinating with Cambodia team and Vietnams team to perform end-to-end shipment process.

Bachelor's Degree in Sale and Marketing or related field.
