The Customer Development Officer will promote banking products and services to new and remote customers to drive sales, build good relationships, and support the loan and deposit process effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote loan and deposit products to new customers and target areas effectively.
• Provide information, discuss, and assist customers with loan applications and the loan disbursement process.
• Recommend types of deposits, loans, credit options, and service conditions of the bank.
• Evaluate customer assets, financial status, and documents according to bank policy.
• Review and verify loan contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
• Calculate, review, and update loan documents and payment schedules accurately.
• Drive the opening of CASA accounts from current, new, and active customers.
• Increase deposit capital from loan customers, especially business loan customers.
• Maintain good and close relationships with current and future customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in loan disbursement from a financial institution.
• Good English language skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Cheerful, friendly, patient attitude, and willing to work outside the location.
