About the role

Assist the Head Unit in designing, developing, and analyzing operations reports and data to provide retail banking teams with insights into performance, trends, correlations, impacts, and proposed solutions.
Gather, review, analyze, and control data including KPIs, performance reports, and other key matrices using data analytics tools to uplift sales/non-sales performance.
Assist in controlling reports for performance, regulatory, committee, and ad hoc reports, as well as incentives and bonuses.
Collaborate in designing data models within a database (data warehouse) for report automation, data analytics, and data visualization.
Utilize data analytics technologies to gather, review, and analyze data, including KPIs, performance reports, and other key metrics.
Regularly maintain and update intelligence tools, databases, and/or dashboards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges by translating requirements into functional specifications.
Proactively initiate ideas to support departments or units under the Retail Banking Division to improve performance management, products, services, and processes.
Handle other assigned tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance and Banking, and/or relevant field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of one year of professional experience in analysis, performance, and/or equivalent.
Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView to create compelling visualizations and reports.
Experience with programming languages and tools such as SQL, Python, R and simple analytics tools such as Excel.
Deep understanding of tools and techniques for analysis and report generation.
Deep understanding of database concepts such as database structures, query languages, and data warehousing principles.
Strong technical skills in data collection, data mining, and statistical modeling techniques.
Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver output in a timely manner.
Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
Knowledge of technology tools such as Office 365, MS Lists, and Power Automate.
