- Proven experience delivering dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical projects.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver reliable dashboards and analysis: Provide accurate and timely daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Monitor key KPIs and identify performance gaps, trends, and key drivers of open banking business growth.Drive Business and customer growth through data insights: Analyze customer segments, deposit behavior, account activity, and business trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer acquisition, activation, retention, and average balance.Enable data-driven product and campaign decisions: Analyze product and feature performance, including customer adoption, usage, and conversion.
- Measure campaign effectiveness, incremental business, customer conversion, and ROI.Improve reporting efficiency and data quality: Identify key trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve business growth, customer engagement, product performance, and business efficiency.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS Strong knowledge of data analytics, statistics, and business intelligence.Good understanding of banking, digital banking, deposits, savings products, and customer behavior.Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, data visualization, and reporting.Understanding of KPI development, customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and performance measurement.Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, banking, FinTech, or digital business.Experience in customer, product, deposit, or digital banking analytics is preferred.Proven experience developing management dashboards and automated reports.Experience translating data into business insights and actionable recommendations.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.Proactive, data-driven, and able to identify opportunities without waiting for instructions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.Collaborative, accountable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.Professional and appropriate appearance in accordance with company standards.Physically and mentally fit to perform the responsibilities of the position.
