About the role

Support or conduct ongoing research into SME industry sectors to identify emerging trends, pain points, and growth opportunities.
Support to drive new initiative products to support SME (address SME pain points).
Assist in drafting product proposals, user acceptance testing (UAT) for new digital platforms/lending tools, and creating internal training materials for front-line teams.
Engage with partners or SME communities to enhance engagement, promote branding and imaging, and leverage the partnership.
Regularly collect and analyze competitors' SME loan terms and conditions, and pricing structures to ensure the bank's offerings remain competitive.
Track and report on key SME performance, loan performance, sale pipeline monitoring and productivities.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in research, commercial or MDI banking, or product/ development support.
Experience in digital development is an advantage.
Good in English, with both speaking and writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and portfolio data for decision-making.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI).
Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and the SME community.
