About the role

Provide quality service and effective solutions to internal and external customers to meet their expectation and satisfaction through providing support in card and service products, ensuring successful Log Card Delivery, preparing reports of SMS confirmation and card capture, and verify reports/document with branches and related teams.
Take inbound and outbound call to respond to any enquiries of card and service products from both internal team and customers.
Actively provide proper solution to the issues that are questioned by internal team and customers and solve the problems effectively to meet their requirements and satisfaction.
Check confirmation of receiving Parcel of Log Card Delivery from branches via email and ensure branch confirmation is matched with the actual card delivery through checking the list.
Check the report from the card delivery service team if they have been successfully delivered and generate report of delivered card status correctly in order to upload into card system.
Check if the shipment (POD) of the Parcel of Log Card Delivery to Provincial branch has been received and ensure the list from Express company is matched with the daily Parcel List Report.
Handle lost/delay of log delivery to branches through ing with Express company.
Check and verify tax invoice from Express company in order to seek approval from Head of Card Division before submitting the invoice to Administrative Division.
Make adjustment on the invoice following verification and instruction from Finance Division if there is any incorrect point.
Coordinate with the frontline team in card capture processing flow.
Prepare the report of physical card capture from terminal team and incoming card capture from branches.
Prepare report of the card test and the result in the list for sending to the embossing team.
Arrange to deliver back the card test that is still ing to the branches and block the error cards temporarily as well as inform branches of the result via email.
Regularly submit monthly batch file to Card Embossing Team at the end of the month.
Generate SMS confirmation to customers and send log card to special shift branches as well as prepare report of all SMS confirmation for reference.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements

Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Banking and Finance, Administration, or relevant field.
None to less experienced is welcome.
Good customer services and communication skills.
Demonstration of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Demonstration of multitasking, time management, and organizing skill.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English (written and verbal), Chinese is plus.
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
Strong dedication to detail and accuracy.
