Media Manager

• As Media Manager, you will lead integrated media planning and delivery across the HEINEKEN Cambodia portfolio, ensuring strong governance and excellence across media communications planning, execution, and investment management.
• You will advocate for the HEINEKEN Way of Brand Building fundamentals and future-fit media practices to maximize media effectiveness and brand competitiveness in the category.
• You will lead strategy development and holistic planning (ESOP) for a portfolio of brands and a range of target segments across online and offline media channels.
• You will provide expert cross-channel media leadership, bringing the latest platform, audience, measurement and optimization thinking into media planning and delivery.
• You will drive digital and social marketing as a core growth lever through social-first strategies across platforms, integrating creators, influencers, social communities, and experiences where relevant.
• You will champion the use of global media tools, frames and processes to accelerate planning, approvals, and reporting across campaigns.
• You will set, monitor, and optimize media campaign delivery, pacing, and results against agreed media and KPIs, translating insights into actions that improve media and outcomes.
• You will partner with brand teams to guide media investment allocation and maximize effectiveness and efficiency of media spend.
• You will drive the implementation and ongoing management of global media MarTech stack, including but not limited to Media Tool, Global Media Platform (GMP), IAS, and CreativeX.
• You will establish reporting and learning routines to embed repeatable best practices and scale successful solutions across campaigns.
• You will drive the media innovation and learning agenda through test-and-learn initiatives, overseeing execution and scaling successful pilots.
• You will identify relevant and emerging technologies and solutions that strengthen media effectiveness and support global and local learning agendas.
• You will challenge and elevate internal and external team thinking to deliver more effective and efficient media investment and campaign outcomes.
• You will oversee agency governance and ways of working to ensure media plans and execution align with brand, campaign and commercial priorities.
• You will manage relationships with agencies, external vendors, and technology partners, representing HEINEKEN in agency performance reviews, commercial discussions, and ongoing account management.
• You will own MediaTool & GMP platforms with strong control, accuracy, and accountability across media investments.
• You will manage commitments, spends, and forecasts with clear reporting on budget usage, delivery, and efficiency.
