About the role

Manage the team's work schedule.
Control of goods.
Food safety control Daily report.
Can work rotating shifts Need to report to the direct manager all related issues in work and responsibilities Support other requests from restaurant management.

Requirements

Food assistant manager position or assisting in F&B field at an international industry for 3 years as a minimum Having experience in making Pizza is an advantage (Doing Italian Pizza products) Have experience in managing and coordinating human resources Have experience in food quality management Experience in managing operating costs: labor costs, raw material costs, utility costs, profit and loss report analysis, food loss.
Ability to train and plan training for the team Have experience working with other departments.
Ability to build operating procedures for restaurants Good leadership and organizational skills English: Good communication ability Basic computer skills (work, excel...) Have experience using software to manage work hours, purchases, inventory, ..
English: Advanced level in speaking and writing; Understanding COGS management is a plus Able to training oversea for 6 months Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills; Being independent, proactive, patient, high responsibility, and willing to work under high pressure; Commit to the goals of leading restaurant team in order to expand company business;.
